In dividing the marital assets, the court awarded the husband his pension which he was currently drawing valued at $224,459 and awarded the wife the husbands 401K valued at $226,316. While this appears fair on its face, the fact that the court then refused to consider the husbands request for alimony makes this distribution problematic.
